After some exploration and experiments, I chose the Double Diamond framework. This approach was a suitable choice due to the high uncertainty and complexity.

I discovered that organization switching works best when integrated into the store switching scenario. For users, an organization represents the sum of stores, gateways, and payouts. Therefore, we decided to interface these elements together.

SMS-related costs were reduced by 60% through the introduction of new information architecture and authentication methods. Additionally, the time users spent reaching their target action was significantly reduced due to improved organization switching.
